At FastFox, building is personal.

Since 2019, Fiona and Jason McIntyre have led a dedicated team of builders who combine efficiency with craftsmanship to deliver spaces that last. From highly specified architectural homes along the Taranaki coast to compact sleepouts and premium cabins, we create builds that are as functional as they are beautiful.

We’re locals, and that matters. Our roots in Taranaki mean we understand the land, the climate, and the people we’re building for. We also have trade connections nationally and internationally and regularly source customised pieces and materials from abroad to make your project truly one of a kind.

Meet the team

Behind every Fastfox cabin and luxury home is a crew of builders, designers, and problem-solvers who know that details make the difference. We’re a tight-knit team that values craftsmanship, clear communication and getting the job done right. From first sketches to final nails, these are the people who bring your ideas, big or small, to life.

    Jason McIntyre

    Director

    An engineer by trade, Jason has been bringing construction projects to life his whole career; everything from bespoke carpentry furniture, luxury cabins and cute tiny homes to grand architectural houses.

    Jason (aka Mr Fox) takes a practical approach to creating awesome spaces and is always ready for a challenge to bring your vision to life. When he’s not building he’s helping coach kids sports, fishing or hunting.

    Fiona McIntyre

    Director

    Mrs Fast Fox oversees all the planning and conceptual design of build creations and loves helping arrange project finishing touches. Interior fit off is a big part of what she does and Fiona helps guide clients with colour choices, carpets and furnishings and has access to a wide range of boutique suppliers who help deliver exceptional high end results on a budget everytime. She is the admin go to lady and has a diverse range of experience and specialised skillset to help to bring fantastic spaces to life fast.

    Adam Laititi

    Foreman / Site Manager

    The Fast Fox foreman is an experienced LBP Licensed builder who manages the Fox crew and oversees all construction projects. Adam’s passionate about producing a fantastic build project and loves a good challenge both on and off the build site. He’s a PT Trainer after hours and a motivating force to be reckoned with that mentors and encourages the fox crew to produce exceptional results every time.

    Beau Pari

    Builder / Machine Operator

    Adaptable and extremely capable, Beau is an experienced machine operator, truck driver and digger operator. He can turn his hand to anything and quietly gets on with the job to create masterpieces both with a hammer and on the big boy toys like the digger. Strong and steady Beau also excels on the rugby field and loves hunting (like a real fox).

    Cullum Tito

    Builder

    A true Fast Fox, Cullum is swift on the rugby field and fast at executing any task he turns his hand to. His practical can do attitude and willingness to learn makes him an integral fox team member highly skilled and competent in a range of specialised construction disciplines.

    Jackson Pari

    Builder

    A keen apprentice builder, Jackson injects young blood, fun and an eye for detail into the team. His practical commonsense approach and eagerness to learn makes him a valuable team member and he’s also pretty cunning and fast like a fox on the rugby field too.

We wanted extra space as our family grew, and the cabin Fast Fox built as a sleepout was the perfect solution. It’s warm, private, and blends beautifully with our home. The kids love having their own space!
